How much are the shipping costs?

Our delivery costs belong to 99€ for a complete winch. Other items will be calculated depending on the weight starting from 9€.

Where we deliver

You can order our Winch to Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Italy and Switzerland.
All other items we deliver to the entire EU area and Switzerland.

How long does a delivery take?

If you place an order before 15:00, we will take care of it on the same working day, otherwise on the next working day. Depending on the stock, your product will be handed over to our shipping agent after max. 5 working days and will reach you in total after max. 2 weeks.

What is the procedure for a return?

If you want to cancel your order, simply fill out our associated form. We will take care of the return shipping, you bear the costs. These amount to a maximum of 99€ for a complete Winch delivery. The cost of your order will be refunded completely if the Winch is unused.
